Return window

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at [support@petcozy.net] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions. Please don't send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
Return shipping

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds

Non-returnable items
